Mariza Kourtikaki

Highly experienced in the cultural events management industry, Mariza Kourtikaki has organized, or participated in the organization of, numerous productions with international and Greek artists, such as Ennio Morricone, Yasmin Levy, Loreena Mckennitt, Ute Lemper, Woody Allen, Dub Inc, Thievery Corporation, Gary Moore, ZZ Top, Alkinoos Ioanedes, Melina Kana and many more. To date she has worked in some of the most distinguished venues of the country, i.e. Herodium Theatre, Athens Concert Hall, etc. Competent in organizing large-scale cultural festivals, from 2012 to 2014, she was the Technical Coordinator for Theater H of the Greek festival in Pireos 260 Street.

She holds a BSc in Political Sciences and Public Administration from Athens University and a Master’s degree in Cultural and Creative Industries from Kings College, University of London. During her master’s she worked for Barbican Centre, the biggest multicultural Centre in Europe and through her dissertation, she specialized in the social development of the audience in Cultural Events.
